The Village Gospel Missionary Of India.(Regd.)

Transforming Peoples to Transform Nations The Gospel must first be preached unto all Nations (Mark:13-10)

Welcome to     The Village Gospel Missionary of India.

VGM of India  is a Christian Mission Organisation that serves to bring about

wholesome transformation in all the lives that it touches staying true to its motto 'Transforming peoples to transform nations’. It touches the hearts of people through the gospel of Jesus Christ and serves as a beacon of love and hope fulfilling its vision through Spiritual, Educational, Medical Camps and Humanitarian Services primarily in Bihar, other Northern States of India and beyond.

With a very specific call Rev. Dr. A.P. Samson born and brought in Bihar. In the year 1979 gave his life to Jesus

and in year 1980 dedicated his life for doing ministry in Bihar. Which was then known as the "Graveyard of Missionaries". The Lord started moving in a marvellous way in different places of Bihar. After long period of prayer since 1984 to 1994, I prayed our Loving God answer prayer with name of Organization. During 1999 a registered society was formed to concentrate on North India with a special emphasis in Bihar, which in turn brought 100 stations with 300 Worshipping centers today in Bihar and Jharkhand. The activities of this society are primarily church planting and evangelism. Later educational services, medical services and social services were added in order to cater to the needs of people.  Working in 6 Districts of Bihar alone, we have established about 1 English Medium Schools,1 Homes for Children, which made an impact in the whole State. We have workers from North India (mainly people who were transformed by the love of the Lord).
Bihar after the bifurcation (from Nov 2000) has around 82 million people and only 40,000 people are Christians including Roman Catholic, even today. Out of which around 3000+ people are active believers. So, VGM would like to multiply the harvest force by giving leadership training to Women and Men, so that the trained people may go and train others as the field is vast and getting ready for Harvest.
